Description of activity
Students are divided into groups of five. During independent reading, they select texts with help, then read and discuss these factual texts and other sources of information about dinosaurs. They then use the information they have to complete the worksheets.

- use different parts of a book to gain access to information, eg cover, title, contents page, glossary, index.
