Kerry has demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of trigonometry, and has correctly described the contexts in which trigonometric ratios may be used to solve problems. Appropriate terminology, notation, diagrams and explanations have been included. Kerry has not made the additional step of demonstrating an ability to find missing sides or angles by including calculations. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C5 standard at the end of Stage 5.
