New Work Samples

Activity: Introducing Yourself and a Friend (View Activity…)

Students will be meeting a German exchange student and in preparation for the meeting they write a brief introduction.


Activity: Listening and Responding (View Activity…)

Students listen to a group of young people discussing their food and drink preferences, then use this information to complete an information-gap activity and to write a note in German.


Activity: Speaking (View Activity…)

Students use a menu as a stimulus and work in small groups to role-play a situation in an imaginary restaurant.


Activity: Writing (View Activity…)

Students conduct a class survey about food and drink preferences, in order to design an appropriate menu for a two-day school German camp.
