Eden has demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of the structure and features of a narrative. A variety of verbs and adjectives have been used but there is minimal detail in the characterisation and little plot development. A limited range of sentence structures has been used, but there are some conjunctions. Basic spelling and punctuation have been used, but there is no evidence of planning or drafting. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard midway through Stage 3.
