Chandra has demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of the structure and features of an information report. Information has been gathered and organised under headings. Classification of the animal has been included but the published copy lacks a clear introduction. Appropriate language, including technical and descriptive terms, has been used, but elaboration on the technical terms would strengthen the report. The sentence structure is adequate but more complex sentences could be used, and there are some errors in punctuation and grammar. There is evidence of editing and good desktop publishing skills. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard midway through Stage 3.
