Sam has demonstrated an adequate level of competence in communicating in written form. Appropriate vocabulary has been used to list information and describe each item. There is some variation of linguistic structures but their use is formulaic. The use of superlatives adds a promotional element to the flyer but there are some grammatical inaccuracies. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard.

The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
