Film Analysis - Cinematography - Ariel : Grade Commentary
Ariel has demonstrated a sound understanding of the film and some features of cinematography. Theme and characterisation have been linked to film techniques but the ideas could be strengthened by the use of additional supportive examples. The analysis is repetitive in parts and the structure of the response lacks cohesion but adequate language has been used. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard at the end of Stage 5.

The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
