Other Work Samples for:

Chris has demonstrated a sound awareness of the features of an information report. Simple sentences and descriptive language have been used to give information about the animal. A title has been included, and capital letters and full stops have been appropriately used. There is evidence of the use of a variety of spelling strategies, such as the inclusion of copied words or the use of a word processing spellcheck. To improve, Chris could vary sentence beginnings and structure, and experiment with complex sentences. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at the expected standard at the end of Kindergarten.
