Slipper Deconstruction - Sam : Grade Commentary
Sam has demonstrated a sound knowledge and understanding of the performance criteria of commercially produced slippers and has listed the functional and aesthetic considerations with some justification. The slippers have been deconstructed and most components of the slippers have been identified using appropriate textile terminology. Sam has identified the variety of materials used and listed the properties of the materials but has experienced difficulty explaining the properties of the materials. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at Grade C standard.

The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
