Slipper Deconstruction - Shannon : Grade Commentary
Shannon has demonstrated a thorough knowledge and understanding of the performance criteria of commercially produced slippers and has clearly communicated the functional and aesthetic considerations. All the component parts of the slipper have been correctly identified using appropriate textile terminology. Shannon has accurately identified the variety of materials used and justified the properties of the materials in terms of their end use. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at Grade B standard.

The student has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the content and a high level of competence in the processes and skills. In addition, the student is able to apply this knowledge and these skills to most situations.
