His/her response shows a generally good understanding of the style and structure appropriate for an email. There are a few minor inaccuracies that impede the understanding and also some inappropriate expression. However, the necessary information is included and logically sequenced into paragraphs with sub-points, and there are some more sophisticated structures such as motto sugor.
