Bobby has demonstrated a very limited level of competence in reading and responding in French. Simple vocabulary and sentence structures have been used to express ideas but the response lacks detail and there are significant grammatical and linguistic inaccuracies. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade E standard.

The student has an elementary knowledge and understanding in few areas of the content and has achieved very limited competence in some of the processes and skills.
