Jo has demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of design in the development of the client survey. Simple techniques have been selected and used to communicate ideas. The survey could be improved by allowing for more open-ended responses in order to gain a deeper understanding of the use of the space by the client, and by the inclusion of a concluding statement.
