Comparing Internet Shopping Sites - Darcy : Grade Commentary
Darcy has used correct web address format but the variety of sites chosen was limited to groceries. In most cases he/she has determined the payment system but there is no reference to security levels. Darcy has made generalised statements on price comparison and has recognised the fee, but has ignored delivery timelag. The language employed in the recommendations is relevant to the task and is correct. Darcy was confident in his/her research and has been able to assess commercial and legal information, given the 50-minute time limit. To progress, Darcy needs to make greater analysis of the website features which can negatively impact on consumers, eg delivery timelag. Darcy needs to consider more factors in making recommendations for using the website, but the research was thorough and the decision-making effective, considering the 50 minutes.
