Speaking - Clothing Shop Conversation - Terry : Grade Commentary
Terry and partner have demonstrated a very high level of competence in establishing and maintaining oral communication. A comprehensive range of linguistic patterns and structures have been used to convey the information in a clear and cohesive text incorporating aspects of Chinese-speaking communities. Extensive detail has been provided and accurate pronunciation and appropriate polite forms have been used. Some of the sentence structures lack sophistication but most of the intonation is correct. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by students performing at grade A standard.
Grade A
The student has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the content and can readily apply this knowledge. In addition, the student has achieved a very high level of competence in the processes and skills and can apply these skills to new situations.
