Reading and Responding - Email Birthday Response - Ricky : Grade Commentary
Ricky has composed a brief response to the email using simple linguistic structures and limited vocabulary. The response is generally clear and cohesive but colloquial language has been used and there is no evidence of linguistic choices made in order to enhance the intended meaning. The student has demonstrated some understanding of the culture of Arabic-speaking communities but there are some inaccuracies in linguistic structures.
