Morgan has demonstrated an adequate level of competence in making spatial patterns. Two-part repeating patterns have been created and the results have been recorded pictorially. To progress further, Ashley should be introduced to three-part repeating patterns and encouraged to create patterns using a wider variety of materials. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at the expected standard midway through Kindergarten.
