Nicky has demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of the design process. There is some evidence of research, but procedures for testing the selected materials have not been included. Basic sketches have been used to communicate the design ideas but the ideas have not been fully developed. A description of the final design solution has been provided and an evaluation has been completed using a structured scaffold. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard.
