Riley has demonstrated a basic understanding of managing bullying and harassment. One form of bullying has been identified and a limited attempt has been made to explain the effects of the bullying and why it is occurring. Some management strategies have been selected but little depth of knowledge has been demonstrated. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard.

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
