Bailey has demonstrated a basic understanding of bullying and harassment. Two forms of bullying have been identified and a limited attempt to explain the effects of the bullying and why it is occurring has been made. A limited explanation of possible management strategies has been provided but a wider range of strategies is required. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard.

Grade D

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
