Operations with Fractions - Haley : Grade Commentary
Haley has demonstrated a basic understanding of operations with fractions. Simple fractions have been added and mixed numerals have been converted to improper fractions. Inaccuracies with routine questions and more complicated problems were evident. Multiplication of fractions was inconsistent and there was no evidence of applied knowledge. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard midway through Stage 4.

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
