Operations with Fractions - Eden : Grade Commentary
Eden has demonstrated a basic knowledge of operations with fractions. Some understanding of mathematical terminology and operations is apparent. The application was inconsistent and there were inaccuracies with routine questions. Fractions have been added but not simplified correctly, but multiplication of fractions was not performed consistently. Solutions were not provided for unfamiliar problems. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard midway through Stage 4.

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
