Robyn has demonstrated a very high level of competence in the processes and skills involved in the addition and multiplication of fractions. Despite the error in the first diagram in question 3, the other two diagrams demonstrate extensive knowledge of the concept of multiplication and its application in a real-life context. Robyn has demonstrated an ability to use cancelling and make abstract generalisations. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade A standard at the end of Stage 4.
