Shannon has demonstrated a sound knowledge and understanding of some of the main features of the Nile River. Activities surrounding the Nile have been adequately described but leisure activities have been omitted and greater detail is required overall. The report scaffold has not been used effectively as there is no introduction or conclusion. The use of historical terms and concepts to communicate information and ideas is sound. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard.

The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
