Writing - Nicky : Grade Commentary
Nicky has demonstrated a high level of competence in creating a survey to design a camp menu. Learnt linguistic structures have been competently applied and appropriate language has been used but the survey is repetitive and could show a stronger understanding of German-speaking cultures. The sentence structure lacks variety but there is good syntax and verb manipulation. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade B standard.
Grade B
The student has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the content and a high level of competence in the processes and skills. In addition, the student is able to apply this knowledge and these skills to most situations.
