Writing - Ainsley : Grade Commentary
Ainsley has demonstrated a high level of competence in creating a survey to design a camp menu. A wide range of appropriate food items has been included, reflecting a clear understanding of German-speaking cultures. Learnt linguistic structures have been competently applied and appropriate language has been used but sentence structure could be more varied. There are minor errors and the survey could be improved by categorisation of foods according to meals. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade B standard.
Grade B
The student has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the content and a high level of competence in the processes and skills. In addition, the student is able to apply this knowledge and these skills to most situations.
