Other Work Samples for:

Shannon has demonstrated a basic understanding of film analysis and cinematography. Some discussion of the context has been provided and simple generalisations have been made, but most of the response is simple description rather than analysis. An attempt to link the cinematography to the meaning or intended effect has been made and there is some reference to audience expectations but Shannon needs further guidance to develop a real understanding of the processes of composition in the area of film. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard at the end of Stage 5.

Grade D

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
