Complex skills including turns, jumps, balances, off-centre tilts, leg extensions and aerial movement transference of weight have been used. Nicky has sustained the dance technique throughout the performance, demonstrating strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Consistent focus and projection enhances the interpretation.
