Tracy has demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of the importance of a balanced diet. The meal plan is realistic but the balance of meals is sometimes lacking, with breakfast being a little too light and a narrow range of fruit and vegetables considered. Greater differentiation for different family members would be of benefit and links to the Dietary Guidelines should be made. Reference has been made to the impact of social and cultural influences on food choices but no examples have been provided. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard.
