Other Work Samples for:

Pat has demonstrated the ability to use correct notation but has provided an incorrect definition of ‘bisect’ and does not name any of the special shapes. The conclusion is correct and there is evidence that Pat has some understanding of the properties of quadrilaterals, however, the term ‘irregular quadrilateral’ has been misused and there is no investigation of a parallelogram or kite. Pat has categorised quadrilaterals in terms of common properties rather than naming them. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard at the end of Stage 4.

Grade C
